Plastiflex, a 3d-investors Company (www.3d-investors.be) and global leading manufacturer of flexible hoses with headquarters in Paal-Beringen, Belgium announces an all asset acquisition of Amnitec BV, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Amnitec BV is part of the USA based Flex-Tek Group and is specialized in the manufacturing of high-grade flexible connectors such as composite and stainless steel hose assemblies, stainless steel expansion joints and rubber bellows. The products absorb (thermal) expansion, vibrations and misalignment and they serve as temporarily connections during the loading and unloading of fluids and gases and many other industrial applications.
The asset transfer will include all brands, patents and other IP rights, as well as production equipment and related items utilized in the production of the referenced hoses and expansion joints.
As part of this acquisition, and in order to ensure a seamless transition for the Amnitec customers, Plastiflex has created a new entity called Amniflex BV. All the Amnitec BV employees will be transferred to Amniflex.
As of today, all order processing and customer service support activities for Amnitec bv will be immediately transferred to Amniflex BV.
The asset acquisition of Amnitec BV by Plastiflex does not include Amnitec ltd, based in Wales, United Kingdom. Amnitec ltd. will continue to operate within the Flex-Tek Group with no direct or indirect business relationship to Plastiflex.
